The first half of the retreat will be starting in the arts and cultural heart of downtown Willemstad, after which we move to the rustic Bandabou: the western side of the island. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is only required if paying in installments. Installment payments are due on the specified dates. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking. The final balance must be paid in full by May 19th 25, 2026.
Spots are not guaranteed unless the deposit has been paid.
Deposits are due no later than April 1, 2026.
The deposit amount will be subtracted from the total trip amount due per person. The deposit is not required if paying for the spot in full upfront.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another trip or participant at our discretion.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start date of the trip are non-refundable.

If the retreat is canceled by Zankinza Experience LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund (excluding deposit and any personal expenses such as airfare).
