A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Spots are not guaranteed unless the deposit has been paid.

Deposits are due no later than April 30, 2025.

The deposit amount will be subtracted from the total trip amount due per person.

The deposit is not required if paying for the spot in full upfront. The deposit is only required if paying in installments.

Installment payments are due on the specified dates. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

The final balance must be paid in full by June 25, 2025.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another trip or participant at our discretion.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start date of the trip are non-refundable.

If the retreat is canceled by Zakinza Experience LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund (excluding deposit and any personal expenses such as airfare).
