  • Booking & Payments

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Spots are not guaranteed unless the deposit has been paid.

    • Deposits are due no later than April 1, 2025.

    • The deposit amount will be subtracted from the total trip amount due per person.

    • The deposit is not required if paying for the spot in full upfront. The deposit is only required if paying in installments.

    • Installment payments are due on the specified dates. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

    • The final balance must be paid in full by June 25, 2025.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another trip or participant at our discretion.

    • Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start date of the trip are non-refundable.

    • If the retreat is canceled by Zankinza Experience LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund (excluding deposit and any personal expenses such as airfare).
